Terms of service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, paying for a plan, or using any part of the service, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with any of them, don't use the service. These terms can change β if we make material changes, we'll notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance.
"Service", "we", "us", "our" refer to Proxier.co and the products it operates. "You" or "Customer" refers to the person or entity accepting these terms.
2. What we provide
The service gives you access to mobile proxy ports β public IP addresses on real 4G/5G mobile carrier networks in France, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Each port is provisioned on a physical SIM card that we operate. You authenticate with credentials we issue you, route your traffic through the port, and the destination sees a mobile IP from the carrier you selected.
We provide:
- The proxy gateway (HTTP and HTTPS endpoint, Basic Auth)
- A REST API for rotation, configuration, usage stats, webhooks
- A web dashboard
- Email and (where applicable) chat support
3. Eligibility & account registration
To use the service you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher). You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and keep it updated. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including any actions taken by people you give credentials to.
You agree to keep your password and API keys secret. Notify us immediately at abuse@proxier.co if you suspect a credential has leaked.
4. Acceptable use
You can use the proxy for any lawful purpose: web scraping, market research, ad verification, SEO monitoring, brand protection, automated testing of your own systems, account management, growth marketing, etc.
You're responsible for following the laws of every jurisdiction your activity touches β especially the country you're operating from and the country whose IP you're using. Mobile proxies don't change your obligations under copyright, contract, or computer-misuse law.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for, or in connection with, any of the following:
- Illegal activity of any kind under EU law or the law of your jurisdiction
- Attacks against networks, systems or services (DDoS, brute force, port scanning at scale, vulnerability exploitation against systems you don't own)
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or any kind of harmful software
- Phishing, identity theft, payment fraud, account takeover
- Distribution or access to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Spam β unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messaging
- Bypassing bans on platforms specifically to harass, dox, or stalk individuals
- Reselling the service to third parties without prior written agreement
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or systematically harvesting our own infrastructure
- Anything we list in our acceptable use policy (referenced in the dashboard)
We may suspend the account immediately and without prior notice if we detect any of the above. In serious cases (CSAM, payment fraud, network attacks) we cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.
6. Subscription, billing & cancellation
The service is sold by subscription periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 1 year). The price is shown in the configurator before checkout and depends on country, port count, and term length.
- Auto-renewal: weekly and monthly subscriptions auto-renew at the same rate at the end of each cycle. Annual subscriptions can be set to auto-renew or one-shot at checkout.
- Cancellation: one click in the dashboard at any time. The service stays active until the end of the cycle you've already paid for; we don't charge again.
- Refunds: see the refund policy.
- Failed payments: we retry the charge up to 3 times. If all retries fail, the account is suspended; the data is preserved for 30 days, then deleted.
- Taxes: prices are shown excluding VAT for B2B EU customers with a valid VAT ID; otherwise VAT is added at the local rate.
7. Service availability & SLA
We aim for 99.9 % monthly uptime on the gateway, but we don't make a contractual SLA for individual proxy ports β mobile networks have inherent variability (cell tower load, lease timing, weather, etc.) that we can't guarantee away.
Custom enterprise plans can include a written SLA with credits. Talk to us if you need that.
8. Intellectual property
The service, the website, the dashboard, the API, the documentation, the brand, the logos and the underlying code are our property and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for the purpose of consuming the service.
You keep all rights to the data you collect through the proxy. The proxy is a transparent tunnel; what passes through it is yours.
9. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, that a particular target site will accept the traffic, that any IP will achieve any specific success rate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We work hard to make it good, but no proxy provider can promise that every site, every time, will let you in.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability arising from or related to the service β whatever the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, etc.) β is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption β even if we were advised of the possibility.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by us.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or in violation of any law.
12. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You breach these terms or our acceptable use policy
- We are required to do so by law or court order
- Your payment fails repeatedly
- Continuing to serve you would expose us, our infrastructure, or other customers to material risk
On termination, the licence to use the service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.
13. Data & privacy
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy. Briefly: we never read the traffic that passes through your proxy, we don't sell your data, and we honour GDPR rights within 30 days.
14. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when. Material changes (anything that reduces your rights or adds obligations) are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date counts as acceptance.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the service or these terms will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France β except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring action in your country of residence.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to an acquirer or successor.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms? contact@proxier.co β or our contact page.
